Taj Salon & Spa

I scheduled to have my hair and my bridal party done for my June wedding back in November. I thought that would be plenty of time to get everything in order. Unfortunately their "Bridal Concierge" team is not very good. They were the one stressful thing about my wedding. I had to constantly reach out to get a reply (if I got one). I was never responded to when I asked in January to schedule my hair trail. I reached out in March for a timeline to make sure we would be done on time and I did not get a reply until 3 weeks before my wedding and everything was incorrect. The times were well after I said we had to be done, they added makeup which was not marked on the form, and did not have the right styles with the right person. I tried to speak with a manager and she pushed me off saying I had to deal with the bridal team even after sharing my frustration about them. I would NOT recommend using them for a wedding. It's unfortunate since I use to like the salon but they have gone down hill

I have been going to Taj since 2011 and with the exception of one or two times, my experience has always been great. The guest services team is always very welcoming and the stylists do a great job. The salon is clean, they offer a wide variety of services and products, and I have always found their pricing to be fair. I haven't had one particular stylist that I have seen consistently over the years, but my most recent visit with Bailey might just change that. She is phenomenal and I highly recommend her and Taj!

Had a fantastic experience with Sam! Took me in a day earlier because my dummy self chose the wrong date! Amazing haircut and super clean environment. Will be going back soon!
