Nails Touch

I've been seeing Linda for 15 years. She is great and I still see her even though we moved 40 minutes away 2 years ago. When Linda quits doing nails, I will quit coming here because they are not very customer friendly. They don't honor appointment times (when she goes on vacation each year for a month I just let my nails grow out because I have had bad experiences with others), and if you schedule an appt at opening time expect to wait because the techs are ALWAYS late. It seems as though this is common at these places, and I'm glad to have found Linda, who is ALWAYS on time and never makes you wait. She is a rare diamond! If you go here leave a cushion in your calendar!!

I’ve been a customer here due to the work of one employee, very sweet. All others see me come in, dismiss my attendance and rarely acknowledge me. Anytime anyone other than tracy does my nails they break within 48hrs and when returning for a fix theres attitude and discoloration due to a rush/lack of care (acrylic powder, gel polish, etc). Staff have rushed my services and removed my welcome multiple times. I’ve been tossed to the side for staff to start another persons nails and watched positive interactions with others. I’d say 6/10–great artistry from tracy, yet prejudice and careless staff????????‍♀️ if you're a POC you’ll have to choose between rude service or decent nails.

i loved this nail place at first but now my nails keep breaking constantly and they never stay. service also bad when they’re busy nails also have little bumps on them. Service: Acrylic nails
