This place will nickel and dime you to no end. I recently had an appointment to get a gel manicure and pedicure. I currently had dip powder on my nails but wanted gel instead. The nail tech told me it would be $10.00 extra. Then I told her to do just a basic pedicure, she said still $10.00 extra. I asked why and she said they charge $10.00 extra whenever they take off powder. I have never been charged ‘extra’ to remove powder. For my pedicure I was told if I wanted my calluses removed, again $10.00 extra. Again, never been charged extra for something that is already supposedly be included in the initial price. There was only a few staff there but they all were so kind and friendly. The nail tech that did my nails she did such an amazing job! She tested out to see if I liked the color first before completely the set. She was patient while I was looking for the perfect color. She was nice and understanding. That was my first time there. Shortly a week after I went back to get my pedicure done. All appointment base only but they were able to get us in quickly.
