Ivy NAILS

Amazing and clean! Just updating as a black female in Minnesota, I've worked with Ivy nails since they open and followed my nail tech from her previous shop. THEY ARE NOT RACIST AT ALL!

Now I love Ivy Nails they are very talented at what they do but the lack of communication among staff is not very good and it really affects the client experience. I usually see David and he is amazing. It has been hard to get an appointment lately since they are so booked which I completely understand. I had an appointment at 1(Not with David but with who ever was available at the time) my car battery died and so I was late so I called ahead of time to ask if they could still take me in. I completely understand if they were not able to since I know they are busy. A gentleman answered I asked if I could come, he put me on hold and then said yes it was fine. I drove 25 minutes and when I arrived and said I had an appointment and was told I could still come in the lady at the front looked very confused and asked if I was sure I called Ivy Nails. I have been coming to Ivy nails for the past five months so I am well aware of who I called. She then said she still has people waiting. And sai

My mom and I walked in without an appointment and we were both seen right away. She got some waxing done and they did a great job on her eyebrows. I got a gorgeous blue gel manicure. Our tech was super great, made great conversation, and got a kick out of our boisterousness.
