I got a haircut at the west saginaw location and it wasn't what I wanted. I was scared to say anything and I just hated it so much to the point of crying my eyes out. I go to this location after I called begging for help the same day. And they made room for me. Mrs mandie made me feel like my opinion matters and made me feel worlds better. I'm so greatful I called and thank you wonderful ladies for taking the time to hear me rant and rave. I can't thank you enough. Yall got a customer for life . Service: Hairstyling

Dani, Mandy, Courtney, It's just amazing that all three of these ladies can get you the right haircut the first time. My family and I come here because of the consistency. They always wipe your neck and head with a hot towel ???? If you're looking for a good hair product, they can help for sure! Dani found me the perfect hair wax. Everyone one is super nice and my boys love coming here. Dani she is awesome ????. She is patient. My one son is autistic and he is forever changing his mind. She walked him through the styles and what would work better for him.
