Today was my first experience in a beauty store. What an amazing selection of products, in all price ranges! I was so fortunate to be assisted by Ally. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and so helpful in identifying products and shades that worked with my skin tone, for me to try.
Cass was amazing and caring today helping my sister and I find a few new products! The strawberry-blonde lady at check out was also very kind and helpful with gift cards!
My first time getting my hair cut at ulta and it was a great experience. Alison cut my hair and did a beautiful job she was sweet and kind and was great at asking me what I wanted and made sure I would love it. She was helpful with tips for keeping up my hair and made me feel so welcome. I haven’t had many people who can cut my hair right and I’m so happy with my result. Definitely coming back to her again. :)
