STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING back from the store or corporate. It's been 2 months.... From a previous bad experience here I was promised a free MVP haircut. So I had to wait a couple months for my hair to grow to get another haircut. When I was planning to get my haircut. I called two times to confirm that this was a real thing of that. There was a free MVP haircut in my notes. Each time it was confirmed. I went to get my haircut and I reminded my stylist just before my haircut that I'd have a free MVP haircut and she said yes. Then proceeded to give me a regular haircut which I thought was weird and I thought they were going to do the MVP stuff after and then she said you're all done and then tried to charge me for a full haircut!! I was like unmm I literally just told you there was a free MVP haircut that was promised to me months ago before because of a bad experience here and you confirmed, so I'm confused?? Sport Clips is great! Sarah did a fantastic job on my haircut. I also enjoyed the MVP treatment after a long week of work.
