Time 4 Nails

********UPDATE 1/5/24************ I was contacted immediately by the owner and she made it right!!! I just went got my nails done tonight and they look amazing !! I will for sure continue to go there ! Not many places will make things right for customers! I was just there on Friday evening 12/15/23. I know accidents happen and I’ve been “nicked” before but never like this. I winced when it happened and she said she was sorry but then realized that my cuticle on that finger was bleeding terribly! It was dripping blood. It took her quit a while to get it to stop bleeding. I’m very disappointed with the experience (even tho it was an accident). A few of the other ladies that work there came over and looked at it . I guess I feel like some sort of discount should have been given. It is still unhealed and will most likely lake a bit to heal.

My mom made an appointment for her to get a pedicure and me a manicure. We showed up at our scheduled time and the staff acted like they had no idea we were coming and they had apparently double booked. My mom had made the appointment in person at her last appointment so she knew exactly who was supposed to have written it down. Also at that previous appointment she had the same thing happen so there were back to back occurrences. This time we left before being seen after waiting for over a half hour and barely being acknowledged while we waited. I needed a manicure for a wedding which I will now be doing myself. Neither of us will be going back.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but this is my second time here. The first time I loved my nails and the second time not so much. I wanted French tips but she didn’t put any nude base of anything so I just asked her to cover my entire nail. And they are slightly bumpy and most of them have a slant in them even tho I asked twice for her to make them straight.
