Nails expo & Spa

I’ve been in to see Lee for my acrylic twice. He’s very nice and funny. I’ve been to a few salons in the area and this one is very clean and consistent. Great color selection and prices too.

I have gone to this place every month for the last nine months. It’s always been a decent experience, but today I went in and was miserable. They had a trainee do my pedicure. She had no idea what she was doing. I tried to be understanding, but I look forward to getting my pedicure done once a month and was unable to relax. She did not trim or file my nails correctly. The water went cold because she was taking so long. When scrubbing my feet, no attention was paid to my heels. When she finally painted them, the polish is clumpy and there are visible streaks. It took that man 1hour for these to turn out like this. And the woman took around 20-30mins to paint them. As you see in the pic the polish is starting to peel. I don’t know why I gave the guy a $5 tip. But I won’t be returning. These nails were $60 smh. And now they look like this. And they took incredibly to long to complete. Then the guy had a nerve to stop doing my nails, grab his phone and swipe up and down fiddling around with his phone. Like what In the world! Never again.
