The customer service is the worst, they are money hungry and if that was the manager she is rude. They are racist and have the worst customer service. I been in the shop getting a manicure and pedicure some Caucasian women come in and they took the tech that was working on me and had her to start on them. Oh hell no, and then they tell me to wait a few minutes after I have already been there for almost 2 hours then they tried to make me pay more for something I didn't ask for. I don't think so not in this day and age. DON'T GO TO THIS SHOP GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY SUCK!!!
I stopped by last night,my first time being there in the nail shop and the staff are really nice and my pedicure was amazing.I might stop by again.
Tried a new spot as my normal nail technician was unavailable. The nail technician I was given BUTCHERED my nails and cuticles. I will not come back to this place again as I could do a better job myself. *one star is only for the pleasant lady that greeted me as I walked in.
