Ulta Beauty

Store was clean and organized. I was able to find the products I was looking for but the staff made me feel like a nuisance for simply asking where I might find a brand or product. Unlikely I’ll return to this Ulta.

I initially went to Ulta in Elkridge Md. I called before going because I wanted a specific cologne for someone’s birthday. I spoke with someone on the phone and they said that they had it when I got to the store I was told that they only had the largest sides, which I wasn’t upset because I did not indicate which side I was intending on buying, which was the medium size bottle. I then left and called the location in Arundel Mills, they stated that they they had the size I was looking for. I went and was in the store for about 10 minutes before someone asked if I needed help because everyone knows that these items are locked up so I receive my 1 item got in line, the line move pretty quickly. It was about three people in front of me and I got my cologne and I left. Overall, the staff was very friendly, very attentive, and very helpful Will shop there again, of course.

More while supplies last signs should be posted during their promotions. You can’t tell me I get a free fenty Fanny pack then 3 minutes later say oh they are gone. The GM needs to do better
