A few weeks ago I had cut my long side bangs…let’s just say I don’t cut hair at all..yikes! Anyhoo I set up my appointment on line for just a cut to fix it. My stylist was the manager at the Northshore location by the name of Becky Smith. I asked her to cut it like a Farrah Fawcett style with lots of layers. Let me tell you she listened and did a great job with my hair! The rest of the beauty stylists were very friendly and professional. Definitely going back to see Becky! Service: Haircut

Waited forever with my 3 year old while the lady talked to the person she had in the chair 5x more than she actually did anything to their hair. Just carrying in like we weren't sitting there waiting. After about an hour of trying to keep my son occupied we just left. Not a very pleasant experience.
