Owner Tricia is FABULOUS! She works magic with my hair! Hands down the best stylist I've ever had! The entire salon team is professional and experienced.

TRAMATIC! Not only did the stylist Victoria destroy my hair (see pics). She didn't even apologize and did not know what she was doing or even how to do hair. She lied to the owner about putting the same thing/color on my hair. She has put different color on my hair a few times trying to get what I asking for, which is just simple blonde. My hair is easy & straight, have been blonde most all my life. Was nice to give Victoria another chance because I believe in not getting mad and give the person a chance to fix what the messed up. But to get mad at the customer because you screwed up there hair is plain rude. No honor, very unprofessional, Shame on you. I now had to spend triple to get my hair fixed.
