Update 5/28/23: Well, this place does get busy but I live close so I tried it again. I was able to get seated right away for a pedicure on a weekday. My nail technician was excellent and the pedicure was awesome. I really don't see any difference from the people who make appts vs the people who don't. It seems everyone gets served as they get there in order. The front desk/hostess employee is very hard-working and organized. I went on the Saturday before Easter Sunday. Maybe this was a mistake. Walked in around 12:30 and we were told to come back around 2:30. I am not sure why it says walk in on the door if they can’t serve you. We came back at 2:30, my friend was served right away, I had to wait until 3:25 for my manicure. The hostess keeps saying “someone will be with you in a minute” and it took almost an hour. Services: Pedicure, Dip powder, Manicure

First off I recommend that you DO NOT walk in. They are more of a appointment Salon than a walk in salon. I asked my nail tech Iggy if he can get me out by 12:05 it was 11:15 and he did and my nails are perfection! I've been coming to this salon for almost a year now and I absolutely love this salon!
