Jett was amazing! I went in confused as to what to do with my problem hair, and Jett listened patiently and asked lots of questions then came up with 3 wonderful ideas! I don’t think I could’ve picked wrong! The one I did pick had me leaving the salon feeling fantastic and actually liking my hair again! Jett is such a sweet human and talented stylist! I will definitely go back and will bring my daughter too! We will ask for Jett every time!

I wanted to take the time to let you know that I have been searching for someone to understand my hair and how to cut it and color it...Mrs Drea is the one and I will follow her wherever she goes she is the best stylist there ... Thank you for making feel and look beautiful every time!!!

Went in for a root touch up and trim, came out with a bad haircut with choppy layers and dark brown hair with orange splotches. All of my previous highlights were covered. Drea did not have experience with the root touch up, left it on too long, dragged it through all my hair with her fingers, and blamed her boss for the bad outcome. She rushed me out despite knowing there were splotches in my hair, saying she would fix it next time. When I came back to show them the splotches, she was rude, defiant, aggressive, and kept telling me I was on camera. Her colleague was kind and helpful, giving advice on options besides shampooing and waiting for it to fade. My old Supercuts was great. This location treated me so poorly that I could never consider returning. They’ve lost a customer, but I don’t think they care. Service: Long haircut
