Bri in the Salon is amazing! I received a Signature haircut that turned out super cute and exactly what I wanted. It also included a relaxing deep conditioning treatment,which was much needed!

This was my first time in an Ulta here since moving from out of state. Unfortunately, I was never once greeted, nor even asked if I needed help finding anything despite the fact that I was walking around aimlessly as I didn't know where anything was. Once I got to the register, there were 3 employees there talking, and one of them had to ask the other to ring me out. The employee who checked me out seemed bothered and annoyed when I asked her a question. And she couldn't walk away from me fast enough at then end of my transaction. Awesome experience! ????????

I will not be shopping at Ulta anymore. My daughter received a birthday gift from a family that was purchased at Ulta in Las Vegas. She said it was not something she would use. We tried to exchange the unopened items at Ulta and they refused because we didn’t have a receipt. I told the manager that we didn’t want a refund just wanted a store credit or something else. She again refused. My sister paid $60 for merchandise and they would not even give us store credit. I have never heard of this. I will never shop here again!
