Great Clips

I am very upset with this great clip’s location. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. I had my hair cut by the stylist SONIA and after sharing I was in the Military I was treated differently than all the rest of the customers I watched her interact with. She did not speak to me the entire cut. She cut my hair in 5 minutes taking no time to care. And after I asked for half an inch off the top she took different lengths and chunks of hair off the top. Didn’t ask if I wanted gel. And then when I asked if great clips did a military discount, she scoffed at me and very frustratedly typed in the discount. I will never go back to this great clips and maybe never go back to one again. Service: Hairstyling

OMG! What a difference a year makes. The "music" was WAY too loud. The workers had to shout to talk to each other! One even commented about how loud it was, but did nothing about it. Plus, it would be nice if it was in a language 99% of their customers could understand! The cut was good.

I have brought my daughter to them the past 3 tImes and everytime I take her they cut her hair uneven and i have to take her back to fix it. This time im done. They should take their time cuting it right the first time and stop wasting my time. Go to the Great Clips over by Safeway the mananger and hair stylist listen to you the first time and get things done correctly. Service: Kids' cuts
