Made two appointments for 12:00 didn’t get started until 1:30 finally done at 4:00. Poor quality on nails for both of us. $315 which would have been fine had the nails turned out good but they are not! Rent lengths, crooked and thin coat of paint so you can see through the polish. People came and went during our 4 hours and absolutely no discount for an overbooked day and short staffed. Went back in and they fixed both sets of nails so that was fantastic Services: Pedicure, Dip powder, Manicure

I really enjoyed my pedicure and manicure. They had a large selection of colors and were quick to get me seen. However not even a week later and almost all of my gel nails are lifted. I got my nails done on Mother’s Day (Sunday) and by Friday multiple nails were lifted. I was bummed because I really enjoyed the experience and the salon, but I expect my gel manicures to last at least 2 weeks. Probably will not return. Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures

Not sure why you allow customers to book appointments if there is no one there to provide services. 6+ employees all over-occupied and busy with multiple walk ins at once.. and the people that booked in advance get the poorest treatment. Made an appt for my mom, sister and I for pedicures at 1. I came early for a nail appt as well. I waited over 30 minutes to begin my nails and when my family got here they were seated in pedicure chairs and not spoken to again. My manicurist started on my pedicure and my pregnant sister and mother were completely forgotten about. They waited over 35 minutes and ended up leaving. We were getting our nails done for my sisters baby shower… and she was able to get nothing. I was rushed out and pictured is what my dip mani looks like. I paid $127 today and this is what i walked out with. I’d like a refund. Clearly I won’t be back.
