I showed them pictures, the result was not what I wanted. The stylist cut my hair how they wanted it to look and not how I wanted it to look. Would not recommend and will never go again.

So, my wife has serious social anxiety issues and has been going to the same hairstylist for a few years now as trying to communicate with any other stylist has usually led to bad results. A phone call a few days prior to our visit to assess their services and give an idea to my wife's needs gave me enough confidence to approach da missus with my findings thus far and get her to agree to let me schedule an appointment. My wife had an idea regarding what she wanted, but was still unsure as her hair is a bit "tricky". Heather listened to her and made her feel heard. She took it slow, cutting only a little and then checking with my wife to assess the results before moving further which showed an abundance of patience. I had a Fantastic facial with Amanda at Namaste last week. They are very mindful of proper protocol for this funky time. Amanda made me feel so comfortable, and she provided me with an amazing experience.
