Oanh Nguyen completely ruined my hair when I went to see her. It looked way too choppy and the layers aren't blended. The end result shows she doesn't how to cut current trend styles. The appointment felt very rushed and she didn't do a thorough haircut. Never coming back here again. Service: Haircut
