A very interesting atmosphere, kind and friendly people and Kathy is excellent at hair styling. . .
Kim did an awesome job on my hair and eyebrows. She took her time,was very nice, courteous and professional!!! You can tell that she really loves doing Hair! I got full color, conditioner, trim and eyebrows waxed!!!! She was very informative on how to take care of my hair too. I have found my new stylist! She travels to Richmond, VA to do hair and she works in VA Beach as well!!!!!!
Upsetting experience. Kathy is unable to schedule the appointment properly. She also has a bad temper and takes her anger out on the customer despite her own poor time management. Nasty attitude does not go very far in a business. Extremely disappointing and will not be returning again.
