I had a waxing appointment with Mary and had an AMAZING experience! She puts you at ease immediately and is so friendly. She is a true professional and is happy to answer any questions you might have. She took her time and didn’t make me feel like she had to get me out the door. The salon and her space was extremely clean and well taken care of; and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Will absolutely be back! Thank you so much Mary!

After years of bad hair cuts, I was finally referred to Stephanie Dore about 4 or 5 years ago from a coworker, and I haven't looked back since! As a female, it's important to have a hair stylist who you trust, and Stephanie has been that for me for years now! She understands my hair, what looks good, and what I need for my lifestyle, and she has never disappointed me! Whenever I go to her, I pretty much tell her the function I need (low maintenance, easy to wear air dried, etc.), and she figures out the style, cut, and color to fit what I need. I trust her to make me look good and fit my lifestyle needs, and she has never let me down. She's also so friendly and engaging in conversation. She knows all about my family and always checks on how they are doing. I'd highly recommend Stephanie and her salon to anyone in the Richmond area.
