Excellent service and expertise! My stylist was Jen. From the beginning I really felt like she listened and took in what I was looking for and figured out how to incorporate that with my hair type and texture. She explained things along the way and took it slow so that I could decide on length step by step. The salon was tidy and welcoming too. Overall it was a great experience and I've found my new favorite Richmond salon!
Wonderful experience for my first time at Birch! Caitlin was my stylist and she did an amazing job. Everyone was friendly and processional. Super happy with my cut! Will definitely be back and would recommend their services to anyone.
I saw Delia for a full balayage, shadow root, toner, and style. For being a newer stylist, you cannot tell a difference. She took great care of me and I will continue to see her for all my future cuts and colors! Services: Balayage, Hairstyling, Hair coloring, Blowdry
