I love the staff at Birch so much that I could really go on and on, but I’ll try to keep this concise. They are all so attentive, kind, and accommodating. I’ve gotten the privilege to have had Kaitlyn and Erin work on my hair for balayage and cuts — both provided me such a pleasant experience. Allie and Kay are also very patient and accommodating when scheduling for your next appointment! I’ve convinced my ex to make this his place too, and now, he’s more of a regular than me! Wonderful experience for my first time at Birch! Caitlin was my stylist and she did an amazing job. Everyone was friendly and processional. Super happy with my cut! Will definitely be back and would recommend their services to anyone.
