It's been my first time to Karina's and I am truly happy with my experience from walking through their door. I took a few photo's to show Toni the Ombre I was looking for. I walked IN the door with brassy hair, and a lot of regrowth. I walked out with supermodel (Gisele Bundchen) hair. My new hair color is also beautiful and shiny. My husband loves it. :)
Up until the last time, I liked this place quite a bit. When I came in for my last haircut, it was my usual stylist whom I like. Usually, there is a blow dry or some styling with hair product before I leave. This time I was sent out with a wet head and no styling. I paid the same amount as always, so I am not sure why it was different this time, but I will say that I can't recall ever leaving a salon with a wet head. It struck me as very unprofessional. This is a wonderful salon. Had a bad parking experience yesterday. Their lot was full so since I was going to be late if I tried to find on street parking, I parked on a city owned lot Their ticket machine was malfunctioning so I went to my appointment. Came back to a 25.00 ticket! Made my hair appointment VERY expensive
