Very excited to go to an Aveda salon and spa. Nice ambiance but the stylists are not very skilled. Went to the firat one and got a Jr stylist as I really needed a cut. Brought a pic so she can model the style. She struggled her way through layering and framing the face. Tried a seasoned stylist the second time. My hair cut was so bad i came home and my husband didnt even know what to say because the cut was so bad. I brought a picture to help guide the style and cut. The layers were uneven. She layered my bangs so short they wont stay down without gel. It was a blunt cut vs layers and length. Had to go to another salon to fix the damage. Oh and that cut was over $100. If you are a new client looking for a skilled high quality aveda salon with talented stylists, this is not it. Would not recommend and I am never going back.

Would not recommend the stylist named Lisa. Came in for an appointment for a full foil, was 15 min late because of traffic. I explained this and apologized for the delay. She then explained she could only do a partial foil, I asked if we could maybe reschedule. She then told me no and she could do what I had originally wanted (I felt pressured into doing the service). The whole time she was doing my hair I felt very uncomfortable, and left with a result that didn’t match what I had originally explained. For payment I had to leave and come back due to my card not working. When I came back into the salon, another customer was unhappy with her results. Lisa, rather than listen and resolve the issue, was rolling her eyes behind the checkin desk. I am shocked by this behavior especially at the prices of this kind of salon. (I ended up paying $200 for a partially foil) I tried to be as polite as I could when paying and explain that the service for my hair did not come out how I had explained

Yesterday I had my second facial with Evan. This esthetician with a super engaging personality, Is knowledgeable, gives me everything I am looking for in a facial, helps me with product but does not try to “entice” me to buy product I don’t need, helps me with questions and is willing to take her time to get to know me and my skin. The entire time she does not act rushed, or checking her phone for updates on clients or friends, gives total spa treatment. Highly recommend. 5 star treatment! Service: Skin treatments
