Hair Cuttery

Absolutely every time I go here, I am in horror when I leave. I took my daughter in to get her hair cut to her chin, and showed a picture. The lady doing it just kept cutting and cutting even after my daughter said she liked it. She cut her hair all the way up to her ears and then kept cutting. I kept telling her that's enough but she did not listen to a word any of us said. My 7 year old daughter is devastated. Her hair is choppy and almost as short as her dad's now. She cried the whole way home. I'm livid. Also they did not wash her hair or brush her off. The time I went there, I was treated so rudely because it's was 40 minutes til close and they did not wash my hair, or anything, and the lady just huffed and puffed the whole time. Was super rude and cut it way too short. I asked for shoulder length and she cut it up to my chin. I went to get my bangs cut, I wanted wispy bangs and the lady gave me a full ear to ear set of straight bangs. I have learned my lesson, I will never be goi

Scheduling is always difficult. There is a language barrier. Four times, for different members of our family, and whether it be for a haircut or an updo, we requested to schedule with a stylist who knew how to do what we were asking for. Our last trip there was for my daughter's senior prom. The stylist had no clue what to do, even with pictures. Another stylist had to step in and fix everything. It still wasn't a proper updo. We had to go home and fix it. My daughter was late for dinner with her friends and was stressed out before her special night. I am so disappointed in this salon.
