One of the cleaner salons I have been to. I was taken within five minutes of arrival. All I wanted was a wash and cut and very basic. Sandy listened and gave me exactly what I wanted.
Easily the WORST customer service in Montclair. I’ve been to this establishment 4 times clearly the women who work here have issues with people of color! Each time books online wide open, no one in the shop unable to do a simple neck trim for me. ITS 5:30 they close at 9pm-but they don’t have time. Another man walks in who is white and I wait just outside the door to see if he gets the same response, is told to sit and wait and minute “no problem” . I’m over this place! NEVER AGAIN
Always does a great job cutting my hair, plus makes good recommendations for hair products. I enjoy getting my hair done by her. She has always gone out of her way to make sure I am happy with my chioces for hair. Can't ask for anyone better.
