My experience with this salon was great at first. I went in for a hair cut a couple years ago and honestly the owner did such an amazing job!!! I finally decided that it was time for a trim. But since the owner is always booked I decided to trust another hairstylist. (Sierra) My hair was getting long and I wanted more volume (my natural hair is curly) I left the salon unhappy. My hair was cut super short and n uneven. You cant tell much when is curly and that’s why I didn’t say anything at first. but today I decided to straighten and it looks worst. One side is longer than the other. It’s very sad.. Service: Haircut

I have been following Ruby on IG for a few years now and finally decided to make an appointment with her and I am SO glad I did. The Haven Salon is very easy to find and parking is convenient. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and great vibes. The salon is very clean and the staff was very warm, welcoming and inclusive. Ruby took her time to listen to my hair concerns, educate me about my hair, and suggest what products to use and avoid. My hair looks and feels amazing and I cannot wait for my next appointment.
