They are very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hair salon for anyone. West of money . Service: Haircut

If I could give zero stars.. I would. There was only one stylist working, her name was V. My mother told V what she wanted: her hair to fall just below her shoulders, long layers, and to have her part on the right side giving her a left side bang. V then suggested that my mom try a new layering technique, which would have been fine if she was familiar with the technique. Instead, V looked up a YouTube video on her phone and was using my mother as a guinea pig for a new skill. Which was an IMMEDIATE red flag for me, and seemed so unprofessional. I included a video I took, hopefully you can make out that she is playing the video on her phone for instructions as she cut my mother's hair. V kept assuring my mother that she was a professional, and it was ok because they were professional videos. Prior to the cutting starting, V said that she needed to wet my mother's hair down. Rather than using the battery powered spray bottle sitting on her station, V took my mother to the sink station
