Joana gave me a great pedicure my first visit and I've been back every few weeks for my nails with Steven. He patiently helps pick out colors and makes sure I'm happy with the application and design. I'm not very picky yet I appreciate the consultation and his attention to detail. I usually call a day ahead to schedule and they always take me with no wait. Very easy and affordable services.
First time here and the shop is very nice. Very clean and nicely decorated. As far as the nails, mine were done beautifully! Perfect shape, length, and thickness. I love them and this will probably be my regular shop from now on. Customer service is ok, could be better and a little more friendly. But overall, it’s a lot better than most of the shops I’ve been to in Fredericksburg! Didn’t catch my nail tech’s name but he did very good! Pricing is also very reasonable & affordable!!
