JCPenney Salon

Haven't had my hair done but I wasn't comfortable when I walked in .The stylist Tameka that greeted me was nice but her appearance was a little discouraging,I'm not one for judging but I don't think I want my hair done by someone who doesn't care about their presentation. Also, they were out of price menus (which is the whole reason I went in there) . I probably won't be going back .. i just didn't feel comfortable at all

This is a very poorly run hair salon. We had an appointment for my daughter for today. We were informed yesterday the stylist we were scheduled with decided to take off so we rescheduled with a different stylist. When we arrived the lady at the counter was surprised we had an appointment with the stylist we rescheduled with. She had to call her AT HOME to let her know we were there for our appointment. We were told that she wasn't coming in and we would have to reschedule. I absolutely do not recommend this hair salon!!! Take your $ and business else where.

Londyn was very professional and had great knowledge about all things hair. She figured out exactly what I wanted even though I hadn’t quite figured it out yet. She did an amazing job on the color and highlights she gave me. I couldn’t be happier with her service. 10/10 recommend her to anyone looking for highlights and color :) Service: Hairstyling
