Essence went above and beyond. She took the time to truly care for my hair. If you are looking for someone that sincerely cares about your hair health please see the ladies here. So just moved to the area yesterday and was planning on doing my own relaxer but I went to the salon and they were able to take me. Very nice people. Mahogany did my relaxer. She did a good job but it is not quite bone straight which I prefer. Dr. D did my trim. Overall I will go back again.
