For my first time being here they were very polite very friendly and professional. The atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable. Pedicure and manicure was very nice and did a good job doing my nails. If I'm ever back Fredericksburg Virginia I will gladly revisit this establishment

Great customer service, and they have two kids' chairs that my two daughters really enjoyed and felt pampered! I'm glad to have found this place and will definitely be going back. Tom was my technician and he was great!!! The other two technicians took great care of my daughter's and enjoyed their nails, toes, and feet massages they had. The BEST nail salon in Fredericksburg!!! The owner is so kind and accomodating to each customer's individual needs. My spa pedicure is always relaxing, and my manicure is always perfect. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy with their experience, and they will always make it right -- just ask! I recently got my nails done for my baby shower and received lots of compliments. I also get my eyebrows waxed, and they do a wonderful job! Highly reccomend Haven ????
