They never have to worry about me as a customer again. I went to get lashes removed, and the employee with the blonde hair removed them. She placed this liquid on my eyelid and told me to keep my eyes shut which I did. I had to wait about 10min for the lashes to loosen. She came back and put more liquid on my eyelids and pretty much got it in my eyes as she was removing the lashes, so my eyes started burning she rinsed them out, one of my eyes got better, but the other one didn’t, it feels like something fell in my second eye and she couldn’t get it out. I’m currently waiting for my mother to come get me because I can’t drive home. My best guess is she wasn’t paying close attention to what she was doing because it sounded like she was having a conversation on her personal cellphone. Likely will be suing if I cannot get this resolved. Service: Eyelash extensions
