Ellens African Hair Braiding

I got my hair braided 3/24, my hair was already falling apart by 3/27. Here it is 4/6 less than two weeks later and at least 10 braids have just fallen out. I asked for goddess braids, showed pictures and the braider still had to make multiple calls to the owner to figure out how to do it. The owner said she was coming, never did. At that point, I just wanted regular box braids because I felt it was gonna be messed up and IT WAS. I was very uncomfortable but I was going out of town the next day so I needed something done and stayed. I tied my hair down, wore my bonnets but the hair I purchased there to use is old, sub par and tangled. I had to cut the “goddess” hair out because it was so matted and tangled. I told her that it wasn’t the right hair but she wanted me to get what I came for. Not to mention, In the middle of my head there’s large parts where only one braid is placed where it should’ve easily been 3-4 braids. I asked for the braider to fix my ends before I paid and she said

I am so happy I decided to walk into this hair salon . Nana and the rest of the ladies were absolutely wonderful! They do the best hair ! I am very happy how my hair turned out, it is exactly the way that I wanted it. They have a very friendly and family oriented atmosphere. I definitely enjoyed getting my hair done here and will definitely be back soon . I will tell everybody that I know to come here and get their hair braided!
