Great environment and customer service. Prices are very reasonable for quality of products and service. I smudged some of my polish on the way out and they brought me back to fix it. 10/10 would go again!

My previous experience was rushed and impersonal but I passed it off to the person may have been having a bad day. My 45 minute appointment lasted 30 minutes. When I asked if we could squeeze in an express manicure, for me, natural nails, no polish, I was told she didn’t have time. Ok. I tipped well regardless. Called for a pedicure on Friday, told 1st available would be Monday at 615. E-mail and text asked that I be there 15 minutes early to check in. 615 is not a convenient time to show up early, but I did. At 6pm The woman at the desk said I was checked in and someone would get me in a minute. Crickets in the waiting room for 30 minutes…every other salon I’ve been to has offered me a water or coffee while I waited. Not here. Anyway, I stopped at the desk on the way out to make sure I wasn’t charged-they require a credit card on file. I think 30 minutes on Monday evening is a lot to ask. I won’t be back.

I've been here a few times for a facial and manicure and both were great experiences. I especially appreciate the staff for helping me to pick a new product to use on my aging skin. I was given samples and then returned to buy the products. Beautiful atmosphere here at the Fredericksburg location.
