Bella Hair

First and foremost my hair stylist Cara is amazing! I went in on 6/12/21 and wanted my blonde highlights to be brighter and of course she nailed it! May not sound complicated to most but I can be a picky client and I love she always tells it to me straight when I want to try something new. I always have photos. For the salon itself is alway neat and clean. I do however wish they’d bring the wine back as I enjoy a glass while my hair is processing. I would recommend Bella to my friends. Service: Hairstyling

when I couldn't get in at my regular salon I looked up local salons and found this one. The reviews online seemed promising and it seemed like a high end salon. After vising I do not believe this to be true. When I made the appointment over the phone I explained what I wanted done, thinking they would allot the proper amount of time. Someone walked in during my appointment and was waiting for a while, turned out she was my hairdresser's next client. I gave photos of what I was looking for and what I really didn't want for reference. I left without liking either my cut or the color. I called that night to try and fix the problem but they were closed. I went in the next day to get it either fixed the way I had asked or for a refund. I would have been happy to let them fix it- they were booked and were not willing to refund. The salon gave the stylist my number and she was very defensive. Libby is wonderful! I love my color and she always gives me the hair cut I describe! She is also a very kind and caring person, which adds to my enjoyment at each visit. The salon takes Covid precautions seriously and I have appreciated their flexibility during this time. I reccomend Libby so highly that I am writing this review... the first one I have ever written anywhere about anything!
