I got a call from the office and they honor the remaining of my gift card through November 2023 and I already scheduled my 2 appointment for a massage with Kim, who BTW is the best in the area. DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD. Be aware that if you give or receive a GIFT CARD from this place you have to use it within the 12 month or DO NOY BUY a GIFT CARD from this place at all. I received a gift card and I was waiting for the right time to use my over $150 left to be told today it is EXPIRED. I was looking for the right time to use my $150 since this gift card was bought during COVID-19. Problem is NOBODY TOLD or REMIND ME it would EXPIRE. This gift card was bought during COVID-19, and Yeah, I didn’t read the fine letters, neither the person who gave me this gift card. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! Service: Massage

I saw Chau after I bleached my own hair and hadn't had a haircut in a year. She not only gave me a fabulous cut but put beautiful low lights in my hair to break up the super bright blonde from the bleach I put in. Definitely feeling more natural and confident with my new do.

I appreciate that they're open Sundays. Tae rushed through my haircut, slicing out huge chunks at a time and not even looking to see if they were level. Whole cut took under 20'mins ted. Now i'm left with this horrible hacked up uneven mess (see pics). It's pretty abhorrent. I've never had such a bad haircut in all my life. To think I paid well over $100 for this makes me sick.
