Mervat is AMAZING!! I came in with a color correction/idea of what I wanted not sure I would be able to get it. Mervat really put my hair’s health as a priority (lots of breakage) and spent so much time getting my hair right. She asked a lot of questions and clearly explained what she was doing each step of the way. She was able to make my hair beautiful again!! She did an amazing natural balayage and haircut. I was shocked at the before and after. I never thought I would be able to love my color again. I highly recommend Mervat for color correction, balayage and haircuts! THANK YOU MERVAT!!! Also, a huge thank you to Alexander for his amazing customer service. He was determined to set me up with a stylist that would deliver after I had an unhappy experience. I appreciate that they're open Sundays. Tae rushed through my haircut, slicing out huge chunks at a time and not even looking to see if they were level. Whole cut took under 20'mins ted. Now i'm left with this horrible hacked up uneven mess (see pics). It's pretty abhorrent. I've never had such a bad haircut in all my life. To think I paid well over $100 for this makes me sick.

I come here for my haircuts and see Sherry. She always does a phenomenal job, and I'm always happy with my hair. She does amazing pixie cuts. The staff is very friendly and the saloon is always clean when I visit.
