Asked the manager if they sold the brand Belif. She looked me dead in the eyes with a smile on her face and said no. Yet I found it in the store, a whole shelf of it.
The girls stand around & giggle yet there is a check-out line a mile long. I was there today a couple of items…I am a 57 year old woman - the employees treated me like I was shoplifting because I didn’t want a “cart”! Next time that happens, I will see everyone of you in court !!!
They stand around doing nothing. Poor management Ulta needs more diversity training as well. Get out of Fairfax county with that kind of behavior.
