They stand around doing nothing. Poor management Ulta needs more diversity training as well. Get out of Fairfax county with that kind of behavior.
Probably one of the worse experiences at a store. Got no help while associates were standing around. I feel bad that stores close, but this might be the primary reason why. No one wants to do their job. Staring at people seems to be their primary goal here. Plenty of times associates walked by me and looked at me without helping. I remember when I was younger and working retail, that was the first thing we got trained on; to greet and help customers.
Sara is great she did my brows and they were amazing she did all the right things. I was comfortable with her she did brow mapping which I never knew was a thing and my brows turned out great. Thank you
