Hair Cuttery

I usually go here for a trim. I am a African American so I go for a dry cut just for my split ends. Easy enough. I don't really have a person I go to for years who ever is there does a decent enough job. This time was my last time. The lady butcher my hair. It is so uneven and she just cut across my hair. Once I got how there was a noticeable difference of more than a inch for on side to the other. In total, for a trim, she cut 3-5 inched in various spots of my hair. Which isn't horrible but it should be even. I am appalled that someone would work there and not know how to do hair. Never. ever. again.

I've been going here for about 2 years now. I was feeling bold & wanted to color my hair. I was seen by Thuy in 2021 and was absolutely in love with my hair! For reference I am mixed and she knew how to handle my hair. I recently returned after a year hiatus and a botched self-dye job and she was able to fix it up. The place is very unhygienic. The combs are not cleaned after someone else got a haircut. Combs have hair from the previous user and the sheet to cover has hair on it. The front office is more focused on getting you in rather than the need. The numbers they give you are so random for pricing. I asked for color cut and blow dry. Gave me me 159$quotes. But I just got out with a small blow dry just to not be rude. Service: Blowouts
