n today to get a small trim and some layers on my extremely long hair which is mid back length (photo of previous hair below taken the night before; it was curled so it’s a lot longer straight). I asked for two inches cut off at the bottom and two layers. What I got instead was about eight inches cut off at the collar bone. I cannot even begin to understand why Cindy did this when I was very clear on what I wanted. To start, she didn’t even realize I had an appointment, she was unprofessional, she didn’t bother to listen to what I wanted and she cut the hair impulsively and carelessly. She know she messed up because she offered to not have me pay. Once I got up, she stormed off and her colleague asked me if I was okay. Her colleague confirmed that she overheard me only ask for two inches trimmed and two layers. She told me she wasn’t sure why Cindy cut it so short. It’s honestly such a shame because it took me a really long time to grow my hair to how I had it and I only wanted the end

They were friendly, but I received the worst set of nails I've ever had, including nails I've done on myself. I told the lady (I presume to be the manager,) I was very particular about shape, and she sat me with a technician who clearly had no idea what she was doing. I told them I needed a fresh set, and they didn't even start soaking the old set off until after I got my polish changed on my toes. By that time, I figured they were just gonna pry them off like some salons do, but no, they started soaking them after I was already there almost an hour for a polish change. She tried to apply new tips on top of the old nails, then after removing some of the product she still applied them on top of old product that was still there so they were automatically lifting and obviously not sanitary. I was also sitting there for almost 4 hours and left very dissatisfied. I was almost late for work. I was going to try to have them redo them or refund me but I didn't have the time to go back this we
