I will start by saying Alphonso is amazing! He takes his time and treats customers with the utmost respect. I have never had a bad experience with him, and he may be the only reason I come back. However, Cookie is a horrible hair cutter. She starts by saying, “ she knows how to cut my hair.” However... she didn’t. She was extremely rude and didn’t let me even see my haircut as she was cutting. She was extremely unprofessional and I hope no one else has to deal with her. It’s been about a week and I need another haircut because of how badly she cut mine. I hope cookie reads this because she is an a**hole. She needs to go back and get training on customer service and how to cut hair. The customer comes first cookie .. not you.

Alfonso did a great job with my hair even though I was unsure what I was looking for when I arrived. The whole staff was super friendly and they offer discounts for students. One of the only places in the area that accepts credit cards and has Spanish speaking stylists. Will definitely go back!
