I booked an appointment with Tracey a couple of weeks in advance to have my hair ready for a wedding. They said no problem, you can have the appointment with Tracey. I received a call 3 days before the appointment to tell me that Tracey doesn't take new clients (despite telling me the opposite before) and they assigned me to another stylist that I don't know - as an FYI type of thing, without asking me first if I wanted to be assigned to another stylist. There was not even a hint of apology. It's not OK to treat customers this way. Making me wait this long to tell me that I cannot have a stylist of my choice prevented me from booking the next stylist of my choice at another salon who is now no longer available for the wedding reception day. This is an unacceptable way to conduct business. Service: Haircut

I would definitely recommend Tina an as excellent nail technician - I received many compliments on my nails, the manicure looks good for weeks and overall experience was very rewarding. Also, the service is friendly, green tea is delicious, hands massage is divine and occasional discounts are very generous (they offered 20% off for nails in November). I am new to the area, and l am glad that Silk Salon and Nails is located very close to my home. Look forward to my next visit!

I followed my nail technician (Emma) here and couldn’t be happier that she landed here! The environment is just so kind (between employees themselves and with clients) and very welcoming with the decor/design, it’s brightness and cleanliness! I damn near melted in the massage chairs during my pedicure. I could also go on and on about Emma’s mani/pedis as I’ve followed her for several years now, so just check her out! Scheduling with the front desk was also super pleasant and easy! Looking forward to my next appointment! Services: Manicure, Pedicure
