JCPenney Salon

After living a life of going to so many salons and not ever getting what I wanted and after my hair has been fried so many times I kinda gave up on going and getting my hair done until today. I went in and showed Nom what I wanted and I got what I wanted plus more. She was so sweet and turned my hair beautiful!!! I got a balayage and a cut and it turned out so well! I will for ever be a retuning happy customer when I go to see her!! Not only was she super gentle with my hair but she was super sweet on top of everything else!!! Thanks so much Nom! Natasha. I will NEVER return the JCP Salon. She was w0 minutes late for the appointment. Never even really looked at my hair, just told me it was overprocessed (hair still in a ponytail). Last time my hair was touched was a full year ago. Dyed once in 3 years, but overprocessed???? If Natasha didn't want to do her job, she should have called off and canceled her appointments or passed her clients onto someone else. I went to the stylist my MIL uses, she did an AMAZING job. I have found my new place. I got the cut, color and highlights I wanted without being told they couldn't do it. JCP Salon lost a GEM ???? when Tiffany A. moved away.

Left bleach on my hair for three hours straight and when a different stylist took over to "fix" it I lost 6 more inches of hair and had a patchy color job. Spent $100 on olaplex and treatments just trying to save my hair. Would, never, ever go back.
