Cost Cutters Family Salon(Bay Colony)

Our son really enjoys seeing Ms. Nan. He is atypical and she does not discriminate and has fun conversations with our odd cookie. There was one time, that I wanted to cut his hair short; our son explained to Ms. Nan exactly what he wanted. She listened to our son and delivered a cute hair cut. For her, the client is always right, we will keep coming back :) Service: Kids' cuts

I will most certainly be going back to this establishment! Although we were late in the day we were treated as if we weren't any trouble at all! My kid was so happy with her haircut and the lady I believe her name was Chastity was great with my daughter! And my daughter does not warm up to people very easily.

I hate to be leaving this, if I could there would be 0 stars. I'm at a loss for words and usually don't complain but feel women should know. I got my hair colored purple and to achieve desired color my hair had to be bleached. She started at the top and by the time she got to the back, my head was BURNING! When I told the stylist, I was told beauty is pain. I sat for another 30 minutes in pain. When she rinsed it out my head was on fire. Then I was told that my hair needed another round of bleach. I told her ok but to please stay away from roots or scalp. She applies bleach with foil this time but still manages to get it on my scalp. Then she put me under the heat! I told her I'm in pain, it really hurts, etc. Was told it's OK and normal. To wrap this long story up, I got home and my scalp was oozing and bleeding. It's been 2 days and everything has scabbed over. I can't brush my hair and am nervous to even take a shower.
