Visited Bella as someone new to the area from Seattle. Was a little bit worried going in, mainly because I've been seeing the same stylist for 7 years, but immediately was welcomed into the space. Everyone was so kind and the jewelry selection was INCREDIBLE. Stephani was my stylist and she was absolutely phenomenal. She was so so kind and fun to talk to, and also knew so much about my hair and its needs. She gave me the best haircut I've ever gotten and I will definitely come back to her for years to come. It took a month to get an appointment at Bella Hair Salon. My awesome guy, Erik was booked, so I thought I would try a new Senior Artist, Jayda since I was on a deadline to get my hair done before my trip. Leading up to my appointment I was inudated with texts and emails confirming that I would show up to my appointment. I confirmed, booked around ths appointment and did everything in my power to make sure this appointment happened. An HOUR before my appointment I got a call from the Salon telling me Jayda had to cancel due to an "urgent family emergency". Now I understand that emergencies happen and I am a very empathetic person, but Management should have handled this and subbed in another hair stylist to make sure I was taken care of. There was no action taken to make up for the time I invested and wasted.
