They are always so friendly and welcoming. They specialize in children haircuts. It makes it a lot less stressful for myself as well as my two year old is still isn’t a fan of getting a haircut. Tamara is amazing with my son with Sotos syndrome and Autism. Not only was she able to accomplish cutting his hair, she gave him a great hair cut. I have literally had places refuse to cut his hair because of the way he acts. He has had 6 brain surgeries so he is extremely terrified of anything touching his head it’s like torture for him. She was very calm and talked him through it. She literally had to cut his hair while he stood up, me holding his ears, and him having his face against me. I don’t know how she did it. She’s a miracle worker. I’m so grateful for Pigtails and Crewcuts. I don’t know what to do without them. Both locations have been the only people to accomplish giving my son a haircut.

Great customer service experience, Brittany and Maura were very sweet and made my daughter feel very comfortable! I love the great job Brittany did with her haircut, definitely recommend to bring your kids here she did not disappoint!
