First, they charge $10 to take off gel, which is ridiculous. And it felt like my tech started to rush my service once a white family came in. I definitely won’t be back.

I highly recommend Ann’s Nails. I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly 4 years now and won’t go anywhere else. I go to Vinh, the shop owner, and he always does an excellent job on my nails. The entire staff is friendly and they have a great selection of regular, gel and dip powder colors. The shop is clean and they just got all new mani & pedi stations, which look great. They’ve taken the necessary precautions during COVID to help keep customers and staff safe so I always feel safe going in. If you’re looking for a new nail place, make Ann’s the one! In town on vacation with my grandma and we wanted to treat ourselves by getting our nails and pedicures done. Found this place and went to check it out. Very friendly. sweet to my grandma who has trouble walking and hearing. She got a dip manicure in color 136. I asked for a French manicure in dip and the lady getting her nails done before me had asked for a ombré French manicure in dip. Loved the look so much I asked for the same one in almond shape. He was very pleasant and did an amazing job with my nails. We had a great time talking about growing up in California. If your in town on vacation and want to treat yourself, I highly recommend stopping by here. If I’m ever in Memphis again on vacation, I will definitely being going back!
