Ann's Nails

I highly recommend Ann’s Nails. I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly 4 years now and won’t go anywhere else. I go to Vinh, the shop owner, and he always does an excellent job on my nails. The entire staff is friendly and they have a great selection of regular, gel and dip powder colors. The shop is clean and they just got all new mani & pedi stations, which look great. They’ve taken the necessary precautions during COVID to help keep customers and staff safe so I always feel safe going in. If you’re looking for a new nail place, make Ann’s the one! My review has nothing to do with their work because I never got the opportunity to use them. My review is based on their customer service. I made an appointment on Thursday for Saturday morning. I arrived five minutes early for my appointment and was told I would have to wait 25 minutes because they were running behind. What’s the point in making an appointment if you are still going to have to wait? I wouldn’t have minded waiting five minutes but not 25. Definitely not good business and they lost a potential customer.

This is by far my very favorite nail salon. They are very kind, the shop is very clean, and my gel manicures last for more than three weeks. I typically return for another one simply because my nails have grown out. Give them a try- you won’t be disappointed. ❤️ Service: Gel manicures
