From start to finish, everything about my visit was top-notch and I left feeling like a brand new person. Firstly, the Syd greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel at ease right away. She took the time to listen to my concerns and desires for my hair, and offered expert advice on what would work best for my hair type and face shape. During the appointment, Syd was extremely professional and attentive to detail. She took her time with each step of the process and made sure that I was comfortable throughout.
