Aq Nail and Spa

I guess people with black, brown, light brown, etc. complexion are not allowed in this establishment. They close at 7, at 6:26 we were denied service. From the reviews, I'm glad we were denied service......

Called and went there a little after 6pm on a Tuesday. It wasn’t busy. $100 for less than an hour which wouldn’t be a problem if the service and quality was good. Got a Pedicure which wasn’t bad only cause the girl took the time to do it right.Unfortunately my nails on my hand were a disaster. Told them i wanted shellac. Ended up back there in a couple of days cause the polish chipped off one nail and the other nails were starting to look crazy on the sides. The same lady fixed the one nail and filed the other nails instead of fixing it. With shellac my nails grow and polish basically grows out but never chips nor do my nails break. For the first time ever my nail broke. You can see the crack on the picture, about ready to rip off ????. Not a place i would recommend but as always go at your own risk. This place is usually great, when I went in today my service was horrible! Wasn’t friendly at all & I’ve been coming here’s 2 years now. Tina is never friendly to me & never greet me like she’s does everyone else when they walk in & always give me the impression that she doesn’t want me there! I only kept going try to ignore it bc I absolutely love how Kim does my mani, pedi, & polish!!! Kim usually do a FANTASTIC job on my nails but today she had an attitude & gave bare minimum service because she rushed on my previous visit & I wasn’t satisfied but was still polite she threw them up because of tornado warning last visit!! On my visit today they told every other customer happy Mother’s Day but me really disappointed me bc I spend good money here & usually always tip Kim! I thought I a nail home but I think I’m going to give them what they want & never return! Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures
